All infractions have been corrected in report#JCHY-C4MQLZ.
-All potentially hazardous foods (e.g.: cooked noodles, chopped raw vegetables, cooked chicken, etc.) are stored in a cooling unit able to hold 4C or lower air ambient temperature.
-Raw meat in the stand-up coolers observed to be stored underneath all raw vegetables and ready-to-eat foods (e.g.: tofu & meat dish, etc.). All raw meat in the walk-in cooler are covered to prevent cross-contamination with ready-to-eat foods.
-All stand-up coolers and walk-in cooler measured at 4C air ambient temperature.
-Chlorine-based sanitizer buckets measured at 100ppm at the front and back to sanitize food contact surfaces.
-No bucket of water beside the deep fryer observed to rinse hands and/or prevent burns. All handwashing stations are well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-Boxes of soy sauce observed to be stored separate from cleaning chemicals/sanitizers to prevent cross contamination.
-Behind the chest freezers on the second floor storage area are cleaned and sanitized. Majority of the dead cockroaches are removed. No live cockroaches observed behind the chest freezers.

NOTE: Continue to clean behind the chest freezers on the second floor storage area and have on-going pest control company come in to prevent future pest infestation. Continue to send monthly pest control reports to the District Environmental Officer.
