Observation: Rodent droppings were found in the back area.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize areas affected areas with rodent droppings using a 1:10 bleach solution. Monitor for pest activity and contact pest control as needed. To prevent infestation seal potential entry points, store foods in pest proof containers, and maintain the store in a clean and sanitary condition.

Comments

-3 upright cooler units were at 4C.
-Upright freezer in the front was at -18C.
-Upright freezer in the back was at -20C.
-Chest freezer was at -18C.
-Majority of foods were labelled and from approved sources. Bags of peanuts from "Eats 23 Finoy Bistro" were unlabelled - ensure supplier either labels products or provides labels.
-Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-Random selection of foods were within their best before dates and in good condition.
