Routine inspection conducted:
Premises is located within Walmart
-Handwash station in back area equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water (please ensure it is not obstructed)
-All coolers at 4 deg C or less
-All potential hazardous food items left at ambient temperatures at line cooler inserts were time stamped per corporate food safety plan. Eggs had 4 hour time stamp (taken out around 10:30AM).
-Freezers at -18 deg C or less
- Hot held food items at 60 deg C or greater
-General sanitation satisfactory
-Bleach rags (sanitizer ) at 100 ppm chlorine residual
- No signs of pests at time of inspection
