General comments
> Handwashing stations near the fryer station, take out/drive thru area, front of house near the POS and the staff washroom were fully equipped with liquid hand soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. Hand sinks were not obstructed.
> Chlorine satinizer buckets measured 200 ppm. Wiping cloths were soaked.
> Peroxide sanitizer spray bottle in front of house measured 3500 ppm.
> QUATS dispenser in 3-compartment sink measured 200 ppm. > 3-compartment sink was in use. QUATS measured 200 ppm.
> Dishwasher chlorine residue on plate surface measured 100 ppm. Test strips were available.
- 3 functional sink plugs were available and in use. All foods in the hot-holding units measured at or above 60 degrees C such as burger beef patties (64 degrees C), eggs (68 degrees C), chicken nuggets (77 degrees C), and gravy (72 degrees C).
- Coolers
> 1 door cooler (under the counter) near the grill station measured 2 degrees C.
> Walk-in-cooler with food items such as burger toppings measured 0 degrees C.
> Walk-in-cooler with beverage such as juices measured 1 degrees C
> 1 door milk coolers in the drive thru and front of house near the POS measured 1 degrees C
> 2 door drawer cooler in front of house measured 4 degrees C
> 1 door under the counter cooler with cream and milk in front of house measured 1 degrees C
> Ice cream sauce cooler in front of house measured 2 degrees C
- Freezers
> 1 door under the counter freezer near the grill station measured -19 degrees C
> Fries freezer near the fryer station measured -18 degrees C
> Chicken nuggets freezer measured -18 degrees C
- Ice machines near the drive thru station, near the POS (Point of Sale), and near the washroom (staff) were in good sanitary condition. Scoops were in sanitary condition as well.
- Vent over the grill station and fryer stations had no severe grease accumulation. Next service due on 06/29/2023.
- FOODSAFE equivalent certified staff was available during the inspection. Expires on 08/24/2023 (manager).
- No pest activity observed at the time of inspection. Pest control report was available. Last inspection was done on 04/19/2023.
> Temperature log sheets were available and in use.
> General sanitation was satisfactory.
