Observation: 1. Containers of food stacked on top of another without a lid or food cover in prep cooler.
2. Left over foods from tin cans not transferred to a food-grade container.
Corrective Action(s): 1. All food must have lids/covers.
2. Transfer all left-over canned food into a food-grade container. Cans exposed to air can cause chemicals to leach into the food.
Correct immediately.

Observation: Walls (ex. behind chest freezer), shelves (around prep cooler), and equipment (rice cooker full of food debris and had hair in rim) are visibly dirty.
Corrective Action(s): Increase frequency of cleaning and ensure all areas of the premise are visibly clean. Correct immediately.

Observation: Interior Part (pot) of rice cookers, disintegrating (coating is coming off) - this poses a chemical hazard.

Routine Inspection

Hand sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use towels.
High temperature dishwasher reached at least 71 C during final rinse cycle after a few runs.
Bleach sanitizer in bucket available.
Walk-in cooler at 4 C or below.
Undercounter cooler with inserts - both sections at 4 C or below.

Reminder: do not store things on the premise that are not needed for the operation of a food premise.
Clean out all the shelves and discard/remove anything that is not needed.
