200ppm dispensed from chemical dispensing station.
200ppm quats available for use throughout premise. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use.
Walk in cooler at 2 degrees C.

Cheese and bacon bits stored on ice. Along with cut lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and sliced cheese all items appropriately time stamped.
