PHYSICAL FACILITY, EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS: 11010 - CCLR s.13(1) - A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation: During the inspection Licensing observed a small climber and slide inside the classroom. Foam tiles were located at the bottom of the slide.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure resilient surfacing is placed around the climber and slide and a 6 foot fall zone around the structure is observed to prevent a potential injury.
