Observation: The cake display cooler in the front service area is at 8 degC. Staff were serving customers and had been opening and closing the doors. Monitor it.

-As per staff, Pest control Co. is on contract for maintenance purposes.
-As discussed, the Foodsafe certificates for any employees that took FS level 1 before July, 2013 will expire on July 29, 2018. Staff can do the refresher course online or retake Foodsafe Level 1.
