Cooling units all less than 4 C - OK Hot holding above 60 C. - ok quats dispensing at 200 ppm and verified in sani-buckets and sink. Handwash stations all equipped. Staff are continuing to get foodsafe trained and manager has scheduled afternoon shift to ensure Foodsafe trained staff on-site at all times. Good.
