Observation: * Some clutter and other items being stored in washroom(including food equipment that is currently not used). Washrooms are not to be used to store food equipment, etc., but only paper products and non-food stuff. Also, kitchen area had some food equipment and other areas that require reorganization. Keep all areas properly organized and in sanitary condition to reduce cross contamination issues.
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ALL areas clutter free and keep ALL food stuff out of bathrooms as this is unsanitary.
