-Follow-up inspection to confirm repairs completed to high-temp dishwashing machine. Repair technician was on-site at time of inspection completing the repairs.
-Confirmed rinse cycle is now exceeding minimum rinse temperature requirement of 71 degrees Celsius (72-74 C actual temp)
