Operator described proper method for manual dishwashing. Fridge temperatures at or below 4C. Walk-in fridge temperature at or below 4C. Temperature logs completed and available. Food and related products stored off the ground. Hand washing sink adequately supplied. Orkin Pest Control Company completes monthly visits. No pest issues observed during inspection. General maintenance and sanitation of the facility is good. Note: Back door, door sweep will need to be replaced - small openings observed. And ensure ventilation hood is serviced as required.
