Routine inspection conducted withe presence of a manager.

- General sanitation was satisfactory.The floor underneath equipment was free of food debris and no grease built up.
- (Upright, walk-in, under the counter, milk) coolers maintained at 4C or less.
- (Walk-in, under the counter, wall mounted) freezers well maintained with solid frozen food stored.
- (Gravy, meat etc) hot holding maintained at above 60C.
- Smoothie machine measured 3.8C.
- 200 ppm sanitizer available at dispenser and in pails with wiping cloth inside.
- Ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Temperature log well maintained and available for review.
- Food products stored off the floor and properly covered.
- No pest activities observed at the time of the inspection. Back door sealed tight.

Note: increase frequency of cleaning the filters of the ventilation hood system.
