Comments

-Follow-up inspection to June 16, 2020.
-Sanitizer pails were properly labelled at the time of inspection. Ensure sanitizer pails are relabelled as needed.
-Pest control operator was on site last week and cockroaches have been removed from the tin cat monitoring stations. Continue to monitor for cockroach activity and call pest control as required.
-Cooler door seals are on order.
-Foods were properly stored in food grade containers at the time of inspection.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
-Signature not required at this time due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
