Cooler units have been stocked with thermometers. ensure that temperatures are checked twice daily to ensure that products inside are being kept at 4 degrees C or less
Bar cooler repaired, measured 4 degrees C ambient temperature
food debris build up removed from underneath dishwasher, from the lower shelf of the back of house stainless steel shelves, and behind the glass door cooler. some more debris noted behind the upright freezer. clean thoroughly.
