Corrective Action(s): Operator remixed the sanitizer. Ensure that 100ppm bleach sanitizer is availble to sanitize food contact surfaces during business hours.

Observation: Opened bags of food stored in the dry storage overnight (e.g. bag of MSG, pasta, fennel seeds).
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure that food bags are closed or bulk foods are stored in close lid containers after use. Do not leave food open overnight.

Food storage and lighting are adequate
No apparent signs of pest noted at time of inspection

Note: exhaust hood still has not been serviced, please have professionals service the exhaust hood asap as discussed.
