302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Iodine glass washer in bar area observed below 12.5 ppm. Iodine solution was almost empty and needed to be refilled.
Corrective Action(s): New iodine bottle added and washer was primed. Ensure to regularly check sanitizer solution in all dishwashers to ensure dishes are adequately sanitized.

209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
Observation: 1. Repeat: Handle of tongs observed touching raw fish in sandwich cooler.
2. Repeat: Ice build up observed in walk-in freezer on ceilings and on top of boxes of frozen food.
Corrective Action(s): CDI: 1. Tongs were removed. Ensure the handles of utensils to not contact the product to prevent cross contamination.
2. Remove all boxes contaminated with ice and prevent storage of frozen foods under fan unit until unit is repaired.

305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
Observation: 1. Small hole in wall floor junction by liquor cabinet in storage area. Observed many traps in the area.
2. Large hole in wall in women's change room next to storage area and liquor cabinet.
Corrective Action(s): Repair all holes in the premises to prevent the entry of pests. Date to be completed by: immediately.

Observation: 1. Long standing debris observed on unused drawers on cook line.
2. Grease build up observed around plug to grease trap on floor under dish washer.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and remove all grease and long standing debris to maintain the premises in sanitary condition and to prevent the entry of pests.

Observation: Repeat: Walk-in freezer observed with a large build-up of ice on ceiling that is accumulating on boxes of food below.
Corrective Action(s): Repair walk-in freezer to prevent ice from contamination the boxes of frozen products below. Date due by: immediately
