Health permit valid and posted in a visible location.
Hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer measured at 200 ppm (in buckets).
High temp dishwasher reached 76.3 deg C at plate surface
Walk-in cooler was at 3-4 deg C. Walk-in freezer was at -16 deg C (constant opening/closing).
Hot holding for eggs, sausages, hash brown was at 66-71 deg C.
Creamer dispenser at 4 deg C.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
Note: Two lights (one in service area and one in back storage area) are burnt out. UFV maintenance has been notified to replace these lights.
**Ensure staff are cleaning food contact surfaces when not busy.
