Knives observed on magnetic knife holding unit not properly cleaned (Knives removed and are currently being warewashed at time of inspection).
Knife rack itself not properly cleaned as food debris affixed (Knife rack removed and discarded)
Top back side of both sandwich coolers require cleaning due to old food product build up.
