Comments

All three handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels. 3-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water and it was equipped with drain plugs. Dishwashing was not occurring at the time of inspection. Manual ware-washing (wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry) steps were reviewed with the Operator. Bleach was available on-site. 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available inside a spray bottle. Walk-in-cooler and pizza prep. cooler used for food storage were at or below 4 degrees C. Chest freezer was at or below -18 degrees C (measured at approximately -20 degrees C). One prep. cooler was above 4 degrees C, however it is not used to store potentially hazardous food. Hot-held pizza was at or above 60 degrees C. No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection. Cleaning and sanitizing supplies were stored below the 3-compartment sink and on a shelving unit inside the staff washroom. Operator with valid FOODSAFE Level 1 training was present on-shift.
