Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) The hand washing sink was used for storing utensils and had containers stored on the floor in front of it at the time of the inspection. Discontinue this practice.
2) The hot water was turned off at the front hand washing sink. Keep it turned on at all times.

-A follow up inspection will take place in approximately 2 weeks.

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine. Test daily.
Sanitizer solution had 100 ppm chlorine.
Ice machine is cleaned regularly.
No evidence of pests.
A professional pest control company is onsite regularly, ensure that the reports are kept onsite for review.
