Observation: The sandwich cooler closest to the handwashing station measured approximately 9-13C. The other sandwich cooler measured 14-19C at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Move the foods to operational coolers. Coolers may only be used if the food is used or discarded within 4 hours of removing the food item from an operational cooler. Have both the coolers repaired so that they can achieve and maintain 4C. Date to be corrected by: Aug 2, 2017.
