Counter top pizza hot holding unit at 67 C. 3 compartment sink in back room - satisfactory (with bleach available to sanitize). Note: Hand sinks must be supplied with paper towels not regular towels. Paper towels (bulk) are available at the time of inspection. No signs of pests at time of inspection. Staff washroom supplied with cold/hot running water; liquid soap; clean.
