General sanitation and overall organization of the premises is good.

Cooling units less than 4 C.
*Make sure staff keep the lid doors to sandwich cooler closed when not busy to minimize the impact of hot air from the toaster warming some of the food inserts.
Freezer temperatures OK.
sani-buckets all measured around 200 ppm quats solution, and main feed is working - 200 ppm.
Hot holding above 60 C and reheating practices in place for soups etc.
