Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) visible food debris noted in the blade of the meat slicer
- Disassemble each part of the meat slicer and rewash/sanitize. Ensure meat slicer is free from food debris after cleaning/Sanitizing .
Bacteria can grow on left over food residue and can contaminate other meats.

2) Quats sanitizer bucket @ 0ppm in bar area
- refresh Quats bucket regularly throughout the day

- no evidence of pests noted during inspection

- Low temp dishwasher @ 50 ppm chlorine
- all coolers are < 4 Degrees Celsius (walk in , prep coolers, bar coolers)
- all freezers are < -18 Degrees Celsius
