Staff placed container out to temper sauce, ensure transfer is done within 2 hours. Violation Score: 3 502 - In operator’s absence, no staff on duty has FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent [s. 10(2)] Observation: Staff on-site is not Foodsafe certified. Corrective Action(s): When scheduling, ensure shifts are done so that at least one staff member on duty is certified.
