Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paint thinner found in cupboard where staff are storing gloves. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - item located to under the sink with other chemicals.

NOTE: Label your sanitizer solution spray bottle as staff did not know the contents of the bottle - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION

Corrective Action(s): This is an EXTREMELY serious violation. Do not let it occur again. If chemicals had been stored in with food a TICKET would have been issued today.
Keep all poisonous chemicals out of food preparation areas and under sinks or other chemical storage.

Observation: Single use gloves used more than one time. Gloves stored in individually marked staff coffee cups. Some gloves around store have turned from blue to yellow in certain parts.
CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Gloves discarded.

Use gloves as single use or wash hands as needed and no gloves required.
Discard all gloves after one use.
