Follow up inspection conducted to verify outstanding items from previous routine inspection have been corrected: - All sanitizer containers and spray bottles had 200ppm. No wiping cloths appeared to be stored on counters/food contact surfaces. All sanitizer solution in buckets appeared clear with no food debris in them. - Glasswasher had 50ppm chlorine sanitizer - All hand wash stations were fully equipped and unobstructed. ** General manager is planning on purchasing a smaller in sink strainer for the dump sink/hand sink beside the glasswasher to avoid any further obstruction issues.
