Observation: The pastry display cooler product temperatures measure 7 C. Both sliding doors, left-side and right-side, do not slide and are difficult to open and close properly, resulting in open doors and a cooler that is unable to maintain required refrigeration temperatures.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or replace the cooler (the cooler is scheduled for replacement in the near future).
