Observation: Some general cleaning required.
Corrective Action(s): Clean beside and inside the "fridge" that isn't plugged in but is being used for dry storage. Clean under the cooking equipment. Clean the floor and walls in the walk-in cooler, especially the areas under the shelves. Clean the dried up blood at the base of the upright freezer.

Observation: There's a wooden shelving unit in the kitchen which is being used to store equipment and food on. The shelf has sauce drips, etc caked on. You cannot clean wood shelving adequately.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the wooden shelf with one made from material that can be wiped down i.e. stainless steel, etc.

Observation: The tap in the women's washroom is leaking. The operator has turned the hot water off to prevent it from dripping.
Corrective Action(s): DO NOT TURN THE HOT WATER OFF DURING OPERATING HOURS. Get the leak fixed.
