- sanitizer measured 100ppm chlorine in spray bottles - when in operation, ensure that any wiping cloths are stored in sanitizer solution
> label sanitizer bottles (currently labelled for EnviroSan but there is bleach in bottle)
- no obvious signs of pests

** Ensure that wipes in white bucket with red lid are not used to clean food contact surfaces. Use these for only non-food contact surfaces. Food contact surfaces can be adequately sanitized with bleach sanitizer solution.
