Comments

All coolers were < 4 C.
Freezers were < -18 C.
Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine. Ensure that this is checked every day.
No evidence of pests, traps are in place.
Overall sanitation was satisfactory.
