Follow up conducted to routine inspection (report #TPAU-CZRT9W).

Findings:
- Low temp mechanical dishwasher has been serviced and 50ppm chlorine residual recorded during rinse cycle.
- Staff stated that technician came yesterday and he changed all chemical buckets and dispensing tube.
- Prep cooler in the back kitchen recorded at 2.6C.
- Staff stated that the technician was called to check the prep cooler and it was serviced yesterday.
- Handwash sink was accessible to staff and free of dishes.
- Food storage practices were satisfactory.
- Temperature logs have been printed out and facility has started taking daily temperature records. Good.
- As discussed, check the sanitizer concentration of the dishwasher regularly and add the information on the log.

NOTE - For dine in services, you can switch back to in-house dishes and cutlery.
