Health permit posted in plain view.
Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer solution in spray bottle and bucket measured 200 ppm.
Temperature log was available and kept up to date.
Staff had clean uniforms and hair restraint. Also observed hand washing and frequent changing of gloves.
Temperature checks:
*walk-in cooler was at 2-3 deg C (ambient temp)
*walk-in freezer was at -10 deg C (ambient temp) -- operator just finished stocking up
*prep line coolers were at 2-4 deg C (ambient temp)
*food on top of prep line cooler was between 3.2 - 4.2 deg C (internal temp)
*hot holding for soup (internal temp): cream soup = 65 deg C; non-creamy soup = 73 deg C
*display cooler for beverage and dessert was at 0-1 deg C.
Sanitation:
No signs of pests noted - no gaps in front and back door
General sanitation was good (no debris build up).
Food and food-related items stored on shelves.
Washrooms for staff and customers were stocked with supplies and in sanitary condition.
