Observation: * Some build up of debris/grime found in corners and under some food equipment and baseboard areas. These areas to be cleaned further to remove build up of debris/grime to mainain sanitary conditions
Corrective Action(s): * Complete all cleaning of areas where build up of grime/debris still evident. Use flashlight to light up areas to visibly see areas of build up.

311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
Observation: * Flooring under dishwashing areas requires repair/replacement and leak repaired too. This will allow easier cleaning and maintenance. Flooring under the shelving in the walk-in cooler has deteriorated where food storage located and requires repainting to make it easier to see areas under the shelving, etc. Also, metal shelving in walk-in cooler rusty now on bottom shelves and require repainting for proper cleaning to occur.
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all flooring in good repair/order and easy to clean/maintain. Leak to be completely repaired too at dish washing area and operator working on it. Repaint flooring and shelving where food stored in walk-in cooler to allow easier visual cleaning/maintenance

* Cleaning improvements overall much better! Tile under cooking line was redone and much better for cleaning
* Continue with final detailed cleaning in areas including baseboards and under equipment(ie. hard to reach areas)
* Note: Complete all tile repairs in dish washing areas; repaint flooring in walk-in cooler where food stored and repaint shelving in walk-in cooler where rusted
