Comments

Hand wash station is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers. Both paper towel holders require handle to be manually pushed up before dispensing. Manager has ordered new ones. No litter observed to be trailing around the facility. Overall cleaning and maintenance has improved. Manager has organized cooler, no smells/odor noted in cooler. Ceiling of cooler has staining/dripping residue, could use cleaning with the next power wash. Potential renovation plans in place. Hot holding units >60C on KFC side. Digital tracking, monitoring and alarms in place.
