Observation: The three compartment sinks are full of dirty dishware.
Corrective Action(s): Follow the proper 4 steps for manual dishwashing as per the posted sign. All dirty dishware to be kept in a dirty zone of pre soak in one of the sink.

Observation: Noted a lot of dropping under all equipment, under all shelving units, counters ....
Corrective Action(s): -A professional pest control assessment/contract is required- at least twice per month at this time.
- Clean all area ensure to wear personal protective equipment (gloves and masks)

Observation: -The back door is left open without proper screen. There is a gap under the screen door (entrance of pests).
-Back room is full of empty boxes and stuff on the floor (harboring/breeding for pests)

Observation: Poor sanitation is noted in the whole facility including inside all coolers.
