Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Premises has removed paper towels and liquid soap from front handwashing station. Supervisor indicated that they were told previously not to use it as either a handwash station or a coffee urn/pot rinsing and dump station, but not both.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed, it is important to have this handstation fully equipped with liquid soap and paper towels as your facility was approved with this handsink as one of the requirements (the other handsink is all the way near the back of the kitchen). Rinsing and dumping of coffee in the handsink is acceptable provided that no utensils/items are being stored in the sink and it is not obstructed (ie. it must remain accessible for handwashing at all times)
