- Walkin cooler (4 degrees Celsius), prep cooler (4 degrees Celsius), drinks cooler (3 degrees Celsius).
- Freezer (in Walkin cooler) (-18 degrees Celsius).
- Sanitizer adequate at 200 ppm Quats.
- Display for pizzas (38 - 51 degrees Celsius). Pizzas are displayed for 1 hour 30 mins and then discarded. Pizzas are time-stamped behind name tag.
- Manual warewashing procedures were reviewed with staff on duty. Procedures were satisfactory.
- Handwashing sinks equipped with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Laundry serviced off-site.
- Pizza pans cleaned off-site every 6 months.
- Permit posted in a prominent location.
