Comments

-Follow-up inspection to August 21, 2019. -Walk-in cooler door has been repaired and staff are able to open the door from the inside. Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order, especially when considering the health and safety of staff members. -Smaller amounts of foods are now stored in the inserts on an ice bath. Two sets of inserts are prepared and are rotated. Food items were probed at 4C to 5C. -Bleach sanitizer spray bottle by the coffee machine/front area was at 200ppm. -Cardboard has been removed from the walk-in cooler floors. Floors are now smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable. -Back door was closed at the time of inspection. If back door is opened for ventillation, a screen must be in place to prevent potential pest entry. -Did not observe any raw meats stored above ready-to-eat foods at the time of inspection. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
