Observation: Walk-in cooler was turned off. Operator states the walk-in cooler is not working and repair services have been arranged. No food observed to be stored in the walk-in cooler. Currently, the stand-up cooler is being used to store cold potentially hazardous foods.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the walk-in cooler so it is able to maintain ambient temperatures of 4C or less. Contact the health inspector when repairs have been made.
