- All hand washing sinks were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - All cleaning has been done - good - The number of drain flies seen at time of inspection has decreased. Pest control to service every two weeks. - Drains observed to be clean at time of inspection - Booster for dishwasher was being serviced at time of inspection, servicing was completed during inspection. - High-temperature dishwasher reached 76.1C at dish surface during rinse cycle - great.
