302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) All sanitizer pails have excess of 200ppm chlorine 2) Redish-brownish deposit/mold growth on ice machine grill Corrective Action(s): 1) Dilute sanitizer solution to 100ppm chlorine. All pails were adjusted and measured to 100ppm chlorine at the time of inspection. New sanitizing solution should be made with 1 tsp of bleach for every 1 liter of water 2) Discard all ice in the ice machine. Clean, sanitize the ice machine and maintain the ice machine in a sanitary manner. Violation Score:
