Temperature checks:
*Upright freezer was at -22 to -25 deg C.
*Upright cooler was at 2-4 deg C.
*Dairy cooler was at 3-4 deg C.
*Baked goods cooler was at 2-3 deg C.

*Dishwasher final rinse temperature reach 76.1 deg C at plate surface.
