All outstanding issues from previous routine inspection have been corrected. 209 - Ice machine cleaned and sanitized. Rusty bolts have been removed and replaced. 307 - Raw plywood removed and replaced with a more appropriate material for sanitation. Flattened cardboard has removed and replaced with a metal to hold up the cone container. 311 - All worn out coves/corner and unfinished areas have been completed. Flooring and mop sink area has been thoroughly cleaned. Thank you for your effort and cooperation.
