General sanitation is satisfactory although some extra attention is needed in hard to reach areas such as under and behind equipment.
Hot and cold running water available
Liquid soap and paper towel present at handsink and staff washroom for handwashing
New cooler is in place as per correction order issued at previous inspection.
Temperature of sliding door cooler was 2C
Coca-cola cooler was 4C
Walk-in cooler was 4C
Temperature of coolers being recorded daily. Ensure corrective action is recorded if temperature requirements are not met.
Chest freezers were -9C to -13C
Bleach present for sanitizing dishes in 3 compartment sink. Operator is knowledgeable about manual dishwashing steps.
Bleach sanitizer (200ppm) present in spray bottle for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
No signs of pest activity present at the time of the inspection.
