Premises looks good. Cooling units all less than 4 C. Hot holding above 60 C. Sanitizer (quats) at source 200 ppm *spray solution less than 200 ppm (not yet changed). Spray mechanism not working well. Replaced by staff. New one works much better. **Get back up sprayer. handwashing facilities good. Good use of gloves.
