Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach solution in both sanitizer spray bottles was over 200 ppm and the chlorine test strips bleached out.
Corrective Action(s): Refilled to 100 ppm during the inspection. Only 1 tsp per liter is required.
