Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rice scoop stored in room temperature water.
Corrective Action(s): Store rice scoop in an ice water mixture. Replace the ice water every four hours and sanitize the scoop and container, or when ice melts. Staff put rice scoop in ice water at the time of inspection.
