- Hand sinks equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel
- Good employee hand hygiene practice noted at the time of inspection hair net, washing hands...
- All coolers temperature measured at 4 degree C or less
- All freezers temperature measured at -18 degree C or less
- Hot holding units temperature measured at 60 degree or above
- Time stamps on the containers of food
- QUATs sanitizer from the dispenser and sanitizer bucket measured at 200 ppm
- High temp dishwasher >71 oC at plate
- General sanitation is good, no sign of pest noted at the time of inspection
-No issues noted.

*** Discussed fire incident happened on Nov 24-2022- Operator failed to notify Fraser health. Manager reported the fire happened at the back of the electrical panel. Facility was closed for 10 days.

Please note for any fire or emergency situation such as power outage, sewage back up, no water ... the facility operator is to notify Fraser health/area inspector.
